Paus de canela e limão&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;----------- Ferve até subir --------------------- -------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(2) Misturar secos e colocar energicamente no tacho quando levantar fervura e continuar a engrossar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;650 gr Açúcar&lt;br /&gt;160 gr Farinha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-----------------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;20 Gemas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando (1) ferver colocar sem parar de mexer (2) e engrossar depois juntar as 20 gemas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;--------------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Folhado das natas:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(1) Amassar 10 minutos&lt;br /&gt;1 kg farinha t 55&lt;br /&gt;550 cc agua&lt;br /&gt;10 gr Margarina bolo Rei&lt;br /&gt;Q.B.
